Library: The fully centralised air-conditioned library (G+2 Building) has a total covered space of 2546 square meters. The Wi-Fi-enabled library complex supports E-learning. Additional infrastructural facilities in the AIIMS Nagpur library complex include a group study room, a mini-conference room, and a computer facility with internet access. The library has been automated, utilising the KOHA library management system for day-to-day operations. The RFID-tagged book issue allows for round-the-clock book return via a dropbox. AIIMS Nagpur has access to 1500 (approximately) books covering all medical professions. The central library is concentrating on acquiring digital library resources.

Hospital: The AIIMS, MIHAN Nagpur OPD, is well-equipped with routine investigative facilities, including pathology, biochemistry, and microbiology, as well as radiology. Since its inception, the number of patients seeking treatment at AIIMS, Nagpur, has increased. It offers OPD services, such as:

All rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities like a cot, reading cum computer table with chairs, cupboards, etc. The students are given full access to the reading room and Wi-Fi facility on the premises. All hostels are well secured and well guarded by CCTV monitoring and the availability of 24/7 security guards. AIIMS Nagpur hostel facilities include a mess on the ground floor.
