All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhopal has extremely advanced facilities and infrastructure that ease the requirements of students and staff. The campus is a completely Wi-Fi-enabled compound with many access points. Further details regarding the AIIMS Bhopal campus are listed below.

Auditorium: The auditorium is octagonal with a viewer's gallery offering a seating capacity of 1000 seats. An open-air amphitheatre adjoins the auditorium for open-air events. It is equipped with a synchronised sound and lighting system and green rooms.

Hostel: The AIIMS Bhopal hostel has separate accommodation facilities for men and women. It also has a mess that serves 4 meals a day. There is a common room on each floor with a television and access to the internet via Wi-Fi. Indoor games are available in most hostels. The surrounding ground has been prepared to accommodate outdoor games such as cricket and volleyball. Security is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week in the hostels. 

Technology: The AIIMS Bhopal has an information technology group for IT needs. It is regularly updated and maintained. It had over 1 crore hits and hosted not only our information, all the tenders, jobs, online application and several other intranet applications.

Library: The AIIMS Bhopal library is currently under construction and will effectively serve the different demands of its users. It is designed to provide access to international libraries and significant biomedical databases, online scientific and print issues of national and international journals of medical sciences, good quantities of books, and a comfortable reading environment. The AIIMS Bhopal is equipped with world-class library management systems, such as radio frequency identification (RFID).
