Library: Maulana Azad Library is the central library that has invaluable collections of manuscripts, rare books, and artifacts. It has around 14 lakh books and subscribes to popular research journals and databases. The AMU library serves the needs of the students, academics, and research scholars with a wide range of library services provided by more than 110 college and departmental libraries.

Hostel: The AMU Aligarh provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities. Both the students and staffs reside together on the campus itself. AMU hostels promote multiracial, multilingual, and multi-religious characteristics. There are 69 hostels. The hostel provides a mess facility along with dining halls. The hostel also has a recreational room for various sports.

Health Facilities

• OPD Services: (outpatient services) on all days of the year, including Sundays & gazetted holidays.
• 52 bedded indoor facilities (Admission of sick students) for all duly bonafide resident students of the current academic session.
• Round the clock emergency services x 365 days
• Laboratory aervices.
• Provision of all approved essential drugs (free of cost) at the dispensary counter.
• 10 bedded isolation Ward for boys
• 12 bedded female ward for girl students along with 03 bedded isolation ward.
• Ambulance services to transport sick students from the Health Centre to J.N. Medical College Hospital, AMU-Aligarh.
• Emergency services during entrance tests, sports events, tournaments, etc.
