Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College is a self-financing institution affiliated with Gujarat University and recognized by the Government of Gujarat. It was founded in 2009 and provides a 4.5-year Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course with an emphasis on the all-round development of students. The college has excellent infrastructure: auditoriums, hostels, and a large library. The placement cell gets companies to conduct campus interviews. The library also has over 1 lakh books and 500+ print journals with 1000+ online journals for academic support.

The Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College provides two major courses: the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and the Master of Physiotherapy (MPT). For the BPT course, the fee for the first year is ₹1.07 Lakhs. Similarly, the fee for the MPT course is ₹2.36 lakhs for the first year. The two programs will give knowledge and skill to students pursuing careers in physiotherapy.

Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College Admission  

Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College conducts BPT, which is a 4-year program, and MPT, a 2-year program in six specializations. For BPT, it requires the candidate to pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology. For MPT, it requires a degree in BPT with aggregate marks of 50% along with completion of an internship. It is a merit-based course wherein 75% of seats are filled by the Admission Committee and 25% are through the Management/NRI/All India quota. Online applications are submitted.

Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College Scholarship

Ahmedabad Physiotherapy College provides scholarships to deserving candidates from backward classes and economically weaker sections and also meritorious candidates. For SC/ST students, there are scholarships based on family income. A maintenance allowance of INR 5500 per year is provided. NTDNT students get up to INR 50,000 in fees and allowances. The Mukhyamantari Swavalamban Yojana gives up to a 50% tuition fee waiver for those with an annual income below INR 4.5 lakh.

The placements at our college are excellent; many students received high packages. Nearly 75% got placed last year. The starting salary may not be that great, but it is competitive.
