Our in-house Career Development Cell (CDC) established with a vision and mission of helping students in their career counselling and mentorship, aims towards providing coaching to help students earn a good job with remunerative packages, along with gaining the required industry skill-set. Through CDC, not only students get a good job in their area of interest but they also get guidance with the help of which they can complete their higher education in India or Abroad. Alongside this, the team works towards becoming a major training centre for the students aspiring for CAT/ GATE/ UPSC/ IES/ Defence/ Banking and other government jobs.

The CDC on behalf of the college ensures that it conducts training programs, such as Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Bilingual Debates, Role Plays, Brain Teasers, Pep Talks, and General & Tech Quizzes with the collaboration with reputed updated industries on a regular basis with the help of which the skillset inside the student can be enhanced even more.

Alongside, to ensure that the students are corporate ready, the CDC works on modules and workshops right from the 1st year of the course to help students in adapting well to the new environment. Heading further in the training process, the 2nd year focusses on providing 48 hours of face-to-face classroom training for students along with guest lectures and interactive webinars. While in 3rd year the aim is to provide the insights of the corporate world to the students through 72 hours of face-to-face classroom training as well as guest lectures and interactive webinars.  

Students should be trained well and to ensure this, final year students are provided with the facility of boot camps under which various sessions are taken by industry experts and guest faculties along with the in-house CDC team. The main motto has always been that CDC can provide a one-stop solution to the students and by working in this direction, CDC helps the students in gaining connections, resources, and expert advice to reform their search and capitulate the results simultaneously.

Our 25 sharp-minded students have recently cracked the GATE and CAT examination with excellent scores.
