ICFAI Business School (IBS) has launched the IBSAT National Mock Test (NMT) 2025, an initiative that gives MBA aspirants a chance to evaluate their exam readiness while competing for lucrative cash prizes. Designed on the same pattern as the IBSAT final exam scheduled for December 27–28, 2025, the NMT is open to all management aspirants — even those who have not applied for IBSAT.
The NMT not only helps candidates assess their preparedness but also brings a competitive edge, offering 100 prizes, including ₹1,00,000 for the first prize, ₹50,000 for the second, ₹25,000 for the third, and ₹5,000 each for ranks 4–100.
IBSAT Exam Pattern
The IBSAT is a two-hour computer-based test comprising 140 questions across four sections:

Verbal Ability – 50 questions

Reading Comprehension – 30 questions

Quantitative Aptitude – 30 questions

Data Adequacy & Interpretation – 30 questions
There is no negative marking and no sectional time limits.
National Mock Test (NMT) Schedule & Format
The NMT follows the same structure as the actual IBSAT exam and will be conducted as a remote-proctored CBT via Zoom. Each candidate can appear only once on a scheduled date.

In addition, aspirants can attempt practice versions up to five times at their convenience (without Zoom proctoring). However, practice tests are not prize-eligible.
Eligibility Criteria

Open to legal residents of India with valid internet and email access.

Candidates must be graduates (2023–25) or final-year students graduating in 2026 with at least 50% marks.

Employees, directors, and immediate family members of IBS are not eligible.

Live video monitoring via Zoom is mandatory; non-compliance or technical issues may result in disqualification.

Consent to video recording is required.
Judging & Prize Distribution
Winners will be declared within 20 days of the last NMT (December 13, 2025). In case of ties, preference will be given to candidates who attempted the test earlier or completed it faster on the same day.
Prizes will be distributed in January 2026 during IBS Selection Briefings across 70+ cities or at the nearest IBS Information Office.
Admissions at IBS
Candidates seeking admission to the IBS MBA/PGPM 2026–28 programs across nine campuses must appear for the IBSAT on December 27–28, 2025, or submit valid scores from CAT, NMAT by GMAC™, XAT, or GMAT™.
