In the case of a government job, the job security is very high. While it is difficult to crack the competitive exams and get a government job, it is easier to maintain it. In the case of a private job, the security is not very high. An individual has to perform continually to prove himself/herself. The private job market also has a big role to play in the job security of the employees.
