Maharashtra BSc Agriculture Merit List Eligibility

To appear in the Maharashtra BSc Agriculture Merit List list, candidates must apply for the admission application form. Therefore, before applying for Maharashtra BSc Agriculture admission process, check the eligibility criteria mentioned below: 

• The candidate must be qualified Class 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics as primary subjects with a 50% aggregate score or inter-agriculture with Physics, Chemistry, and English. 
• Candidates must appear for the MHT CET exam with either PCB or PCM combination. 

OR, 

• Inter Agriculture with Physics, English, and Chemistry. 
• Must have appeared for the MHT CET Exam with either PCB or PCM in the year of application.

Note: Candidates of reserved categories are given a 10% relaxation in aggregate score.

Grievances for Maharashtra BSc Agriculture Provisional Merit List

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra releases the Provisional Merit List first for the Agricultural UG courses admission. Then, candidates get around 3 days to share their grievances.

Maharashtra BSc Agriculture Counseling Process

Once the final merit list is announced, the Maharashtra BSc Agriculture seat allotment list is prepared. The candidates are presented with 3 options which are as follows - 

Freeze: This option allows the applicant to accept the allotted seat. After selecting the freeze option, candidates would not be required to appear in the further rounds of the counseling process. 

Float: This option is for candidates who wish to accept an offer in the institutes. However, if later on in the counseling process, a seat from a better institution is allotted, the candidate would be able to accept the new offer. 

Lock the Seat: Once a seat has been assigned and locked, the candidate must visit the assigned institution for the document verification. The candidate must pay the fees for the seat acceptance which is INR 1000/-. The Maharashtra BSc Agriculture seat acceptance fee can be paid online. 

Once the admission has been done, the candidate must complete the Maharashtra BSc Agriculture document verification step at the assigned institute. After the document verification, candidates would have to pay the institution’s semester fee and accept the receipt.
