The mop-up round seat allotment result for JENPAUH/JENPAS UG 2023 counselling will be released on Sep 22, 2023, on the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in. Shortlisted candidates must report to the allotted institute by Sep 25, 2023.

WBJEE JENPAUH/JENPAS UG counselling 2023 for B.Sc nursing courses is conducted by the Central Selection Committee (Nursing), and the counselling is administered online via WBJEE Web Counselling. There were 2 rounds of counselling and seat allotment followed by the mop-up round based on the vacancy of seats.

WBJEE JENPAUH 2023 Counselling Process

Candidates can follow the counselling process breakdown provided below for guidance. Candidates will be able follow the steps easily. The instructions are to be adhered to ensure no errors are made. Find the steps of the JENPAUH 2023 counselling process below.

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates are primarily required to register themselves for the JENPAUH counselling sessions. The official website will provide a link for registration. One must click the link and login by entering their respective roll number, password and security pin.

Step 2: Registration Fees Payment

During the counselling process registration, candidates must also pay up the requisite counselling fees (INR 500 for the general category and INR 250 for the reserved category). The modes of payment available are net banking or debit/credit card.

Step 3: Choice Selection

Once the registration is done and the fee payment has been made, candidates must select their course and college. Candidates are allowed to select many choices and colleges. As it is on a priority basis, candidates must put their most favoured option as their first choice and the least favoured choices after. Once the choice has been made, candidates must lock their choices.

Note: After the locking of choices has been done, no changes can be made.

Step 4: Counselling Process for JENPAUH 2023

The counselling process has 3 rounds. Round 1 was done on the basis of merit order. after the first round was over, out of the JENPAUH total seats, whoever had not been placed, was eligible to participate in round 2. Similarly, candidates who haven’t participated or been placed in the previous rounds will be assigned seats in the mop-up round.

Provided below are the compulsory documents for WBJEE JENPAS 2023 counselling.

• Hard copy of counselling registration form
• WBJEE JENPAS UG 2023 rank card
• Original Hall Ticket
• Original Class 10 admit card, marks sheet and certificate
• Class 12 original and self-attested xerox of the same
• Original SC/ST/PWD/OBC certificate and self-attested xerox (if necessary)
• Passport size photograph
• Valid ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter id, PAN Card, etc.)

Note: At the time of admission, WBJEE JENPAUH 2023 counselling body may request candidates to carry with them additional documents.

WBJEE JENPAUH 2023 Eligibility for Counselling

In addition to WBJEE JENPAS UG 2023 scores, candidates must also satisfy the following criteria during the time of admission.

Eligibility for Admission in B.Sc Nursing

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 45%- General category and 40%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Eligibility for Admission in B.Sc in BPT, BMLT, CCT, OTT, PT, PA, Electrophysiology, RIS, dialysis

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: Vernacular, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 50%- General category and 40%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Eligibility for Admission in Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

• Minimum Qualification: Passed 10+2 in the science stream from a recognized board
• Compulsory 10+2 subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology/Computer Science
• Minimum 10+2 total marks: 50%- General category and 45%- SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PWD

Seat Reservation in WBJEE JENPAUH 2023 Counselling

Reservation is allowed for the reserved category candidates of only West Bengal state during the time of admission and seat allotments. The reservation facility can be availed by the subsequent category of candidates.
