The Morigaon College was established in 1964, is one of the oldest institutions of higher education in Nagaon District of Assam. It has been accredited by NAAC with a ‘B’ grade with a CGPA of 2.47. The college undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various specializations. Admission to the college is done on the basis of merit scored in the previous qualifying examination. A total of 1695 students were admitted to UG courses, 30 in PG courses, and 2 students enrolled in Ph.D. degrees.
