Shuvrodeep Pal's Review on AOT- Academy of Technology

I did my internship come training in Indian Railways. It was non-stipend training. The placement in the college is too good. Mostly software companies come to the college very few core companies also come for placements. Average salary package is INR 3.5 to INR 4 lacs per annum. Many students last year got placed in TCS Tech Mahindra Cognizant Capgemini like companies.

Hostel facilities also available in the college and boys can also stay in the nearby mess. Hostel fees change year by year. Food of the hostel is not up to mark but yes it can be manageable. There are several labs which are easily accessible and libraries also in the college premises. Basketball ground and college canteen is also available in the premise. Large ground for football is also there for Inter College competitions and all.

Eligibility criteria for the BTech students are to give the joint entrance examination first and to make their rank below INR 20000 approx to get admission. Students can give all India joint as well as West Bengal joint for the admission in Academy of Technology. There are no such typical cutoffs for the course. But make sure you have to obtain more than 55% in your HS.

The daily routine depends upon the HOD of the college and the department. Faculties are too good at teaching and the overall experience of the college is just amazing.

The course fee is near about INR 40000 in each semester and there are certain criteria for tfw students. The student can also take an educational loan for the course which is very easy and can be guided by the college itself.

There are many groups such as a photographic group which is called as PhotoFunia, and football players group also. The main festival in the college is arcadia which happens in the month of April which is the main attraction throughout the year and the cultural fest of the college. Overall the life in the college is very genuine and very enjoyable.
