Amit Bhardwaj's Review on Shri Shankaracharya Engineering College, [SSEC] Bhilai

In this college, I never got a chance for internships probably and there were not many placements happening here and there. Very rare companies like TCS come and place students.

Two to three hostels are there and parking facility is there. Inside the campus, you will find temple as well and some shops. Food is average in this college. Canteen food is better. Quality of classrooms is excellent. And awesome infrastructure. Per meal, they cost you INR 30. Hostel fee is approximately INR 30k per semester.

I took PET exam which was a common entrance test and the cut off for core branches were under 1000. Although PET is a very easy examination and if one prepare well they can score good marks. Admission procedure was through counseling and we get our branch through counseling which starts after the result of the exam.

The daily routine is awesome and faculties listen to students. They provide notes important questions and other things and are very helpful. Quality and method of teaching are excellent. Overall experience was wonderful.

The fee is INR 32700 in this college on the time when I studied there and also only people with reservation get scholarships. Other than that student who have taken education loan or who fail to pay college fees get scholarships once a year but they should have 70% per semester. Loans can be very easily availed. College helps for the loan also and is quite flexible on this No hassle for fees payments.

So many student societies campuses are there. They will indulge in a hell lot of events. So if you are a proactive person and want to showcase your talent. This college is the one for you. Samvid happens every year, as well as Valentines week, is also celebrated. All the events are celebrated. Life in college, in general, is very good.
