1.CSE placements at SRM are better when compared to that for other branches. The offers this year varies from INR 3–22 Lacs/annum. The highest package offered is by IBM Research of INR 22 Lacs however it was an off-campus offer. The highest offer on-campus was by Voonik for INR 16 Lacs contingent on good performance during the internship. Another equivalent offer was made by Fuji. The following companies have offered packages of over INR 10 Lacs: Amazon INR 8–14Lacs Cisco INR 12 Lacs Directi INR 12 Lacs SRM placement office has done a spectacular job of creating amazing opportunities for the department by bringing in the best names from the Tech Industry. While the average offer for CSE department would be approximately around INR 5.5 Lacs with almost over 90% of the batch is placed.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
1.For Kattankulathur campus: Minimum 60% aggregate in PCM / PCB. For NCR, Delhi campus: Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM / PCB. 2. Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the SRMJEEE (UG) are eligible for all the B.Tech. degree programs and also relevant programs in Health Sciences (UG). Candidates who have attempted Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in the SRMJEEE (UG) are eligible for B.Tech. Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering and Genetic engineering programs and also for relevant programs in Health Sciences (UG).
