Placements and Internships
The college has its own internship program LUSIP. Key companies are Amazon and generally, the placements are from the IT sector. Avg. Salary is approx INR 6 to 7 lakhs per annum. Alumni association is doing great work and joining people frim all over the world and making connections.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
3 boys hostels and 1 girls hostel, the hostels are great and clean, the hostel fee is included in INR 3 lakhs. There is not much PGs outside the college as it is on the outskirts. The food quality is excellent as per mess and all included in INR 3 lakh. Quality of life and everything is fun loving and amazing with such big and great campus
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The admission is through JEE Mains marks, there are no separate entrance exams. The typical approx cut off of JEE Mains marks is generally near 120 marks for mechanical.
Academics and Faculty
Class timing is quite good and helps us to maintain the balance between studies and activities. We are allowed to have any project and the funding is done by the college. The method and curriculum are as same as IIT Kanpur and is quite good. The overall experience is very good and quite fun and exploring.
Fees and Scholarships
A course fee is about INR 3 lakh per year. The scholarship is on the basis of Jee advance rank in the first year and then on the CGPA basis. There are about 50 students from every year who get scholarships. Generally, we can get student loans if needed easily from any banks we need.
Clubs and Associations
There is a society for almost everything you want to pursue. There are all 3 fests which are great and are at an extensive level. Life is amazing, you just need to live it.
