College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
LOCATION- The Campus is located in lush green environment sprawling over large area on NH-1, highway on the outskirts of beautiful Karnal city, between New Delhi and Chandigarh. Getting to the college from (NH1) is really easy. Everyone can can get the convience at really cheap prices.The college also provides commuting facilities from nearby towns of- Karnal,Panipat & Kurukshetra.
RPIIT Campus is located at Gharaunda; just 90 km from Indian Capital, New Delhi and only 1 hr. journey from, Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, and the journey is only of 1.5 hrs. Hilly area starts just after a journey of only 1.5 hrs form the campus. Beautiful hills are present in the surrounding areas like: Morni Hills, Shivalik hills, Sukhna Hills, Paonta Sahib Etc., which contribute a lot towards development of tourism standards in this northern region of India country.

INFRASTRUCTURE- The campus is divided into different blocks(based on the courses,there is seperate block for architecture, enginnering etc). All lecture theaters are air-conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi etc. The Canteen and Library is located at centeralised positions from each block. The campus emphasis of a Digital Library. Besides these are the Open-air-theatre and the Sports ground(for BasketBall & Cricket). A blend of urban infrastructure amidst the natural environment makes the whole experience serene.
Academics and Faculty
Faculty: The students might not be full of praise for their faculties, but very firmly believe that all the professors are very knowledgeable, no denying that. Here we talk about teaching as in making understand concepts, rather than just superficial completion of syllabuses. Although there is no disagreement among students over the aspect of teachers teaching with full enthusiasm every lecture, every time! The permanent faculties taking Algorithms & Databases is popular, favorite, and motivating as a person too. The mathematics department is also good and teachers, interesting.
Whole year teaching is divided in to 2 semesters, starting in the month of August and January only. During summer season, there are summer vacations in the months of May and June. The semester Examination is usually conducted in the month of December and April. All students have to undergo 2 months training in an Industry during the summer vacations after completion of 2nd and 3rd year of Engineering Course.
Foreign Language:
The medium of Instructions used in teaching learning process in English only; however student can opt for French and German language for his/her interest. French and German Languages experts are available in the Campus.
Fees and Scholarships
FEES: Differnet courses have different dues. Scholariships are available for students of Schduled castes and also for meritorious students. Various Banks like- Axis Bank, PNB & Syndicate provide financial aids to students based on their performance in semester exams.
Clubs and Associations
Clubs- The College has different clubs and organizations for different departments, some of them are- The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers Chapter, HackerEarth RPIIT Programming Club, RPIIT NIFAA Club, NASA Club (For Architecture Students).
Sports- Well laid play-fields and facilities for indoor & outdoor sports include Badminton, Cricket, Football, and a number of other activities. The Institute supports the Students Sport Club and is achieving considerable success in the expansion of intramural and recreation programmes. Various management computer games are a huge draw. Student teams organize themselves and compete with each other, trying their best to do that extra point better, go one level higher and set new records.
Gym & Meditation Hall: facility of top case GYM with all the latest equipments along with the meditation hall with a Trainer.
