Shubham Jain's Review on Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology

 It has good placements records. Almost 80% of the students are placed on campus. It is a general saying that if you are CSE or IT student you are bound to get placed. Infosys and Accenture are the major recruiters with average package of 3.5lacs per annum. At the onset of 5th semester there is a microsoft internship program is conducted.

This college is the largest area wise in IP university.The infrastructure of college is pretty good with the main building in excellent condition. It has total of 9 blocks: 7 blocks for engineering stream ,1 for MBA and 1 for BJMC. It also has a ground which is in good condition having basketball court and badminton courts as well. Everything in the college is up to date but there is one negative point as well. It is situated in very isolated place but due to metro it is well connected to most of the places. It is situated 5-6 kms from rithala metro station. For all the auto drivers at metro station you are mere equivalent to a ten rupee note. There is on campus library too which is 4 storey and has got majority of books. It also has  got two auditorium: main and mini.

The college has got great faculty who are ready to help you at any point whether you have an issue with the subject or any confussion about what do you want to do in future. Most of the teachers have completed their phD or are pursuing tha same. Majority of our time is spent in the classroom or we busy doing assignments which deprives us of what is going outsie the class. One would have to keep track of notice boards of any extra curriculars or workshops which are organised. Lots of workshops are held which will help you future.The teachers are very helpful and polite
and also give good marks in the internal marks if you complete assignments in time.

 It does not have many active societies. Major active one are AAYAM and AURA. Aayam is a dramatics society which is the most active society and has won many contests and prizes. Aura is a western dance society which also has won prizes in many college fests. It does not have many technical society major ones include IEEE. If you want to join college for extra curriculars then this place can dissapoint you.
