I have done winter internship at The Banyan.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are two hostels. One for the men and another for the women. PG's are available near the campus. Food is good and it costs INR 25 per meal. The classrooms are good enough, there is a moot court hall, auditorium, multi-purpose hall and amenities block. The library is good. There are two dining halls in each hostel. Wi-Fi is also available with a reasonable speed.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
To get admission in this college, the candidate must clear the CLAT exam and must have passed the 12th from a recognized institute. Minimum 100 cutoff mark is required for general category and 80 for BC category.
Academics and Faculty
Class timing is from 8.30 AM to 3.30 PM. There are compulsory research project submissions for every semester. There are mid-semester examinations and the end semester examinations. On a daily basis, assignments are given. There are lots of good and experienced professors.
Fees and Scholarships
The fee for the first year is INR 2 lakhs per annum.
Clubs and Associations
There are so many clubs and committees like the cultural committee, legal aid committee, sports committee, journal committee, Moot court committee, environmental club, photography club, debate committee, student seminar and discussion committee and internship & placement committee.
The main festivals are Inception, Lexception, Kratos, Ludas, Lafesto, IUMCC and NMCC. The life in this law school is chill and good.
