Placements and Internships
- I did two internships at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences in my Bachelor of Science. In the first year, I did my internship at Department of Physics and Astrophysics, the University of Delhi for two months on Thin Film Transistor.
- By my intellectual capabilities, research capabilities and my project, my supervisor gave me an offer to go to France for my internship.
- After applying to french school, I got an internship offer from ENSMM, Besancon, France and I was being paid 900 euros for two months.
- Furthermore, in my Master Studies, I did my last internship last summer at Femto-ST, Besancon, France.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- I am living in CROUS, a student residence in France and in India.
- Here I have to pay 298 euros per month as the rent and there are various options to live in a student residence or outside like private.
- In my residence, I have free internet and the speed is fantastic.
- Libraries are humungous and the dining halls are amazing at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences. I need to pay 3.25 euros per meal.

- I did my Bachelors of Science specialization in Delhi, India. I studied at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences for Women. In the second-year of my Bachelors, I got the internship offer from ENSMM, Besancon, France for two months.
Academics and Faculty
- Besides from the studies, I had been an active member of Drama Society, Robotics Society and the fashion society (President and founder) in Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences.
- The teaching is best in both the schools, in India it was all about theoretical knowledge and here in France, it's so much practical knowledge. Since I came here, I did around 20-25 Projects in whole two years including internships.
- Now, apart from my native language, I can speak fluently English, and French and I have started learning Spanish.
- Studying abroad gave me a very broad mind, thinking and I have learned how to live independently.
Fees and Scholarships
- There are several scholarships available for students at Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences.
- I got 4000 euros per year has a scholarship. The course is of 2 years.
Clubs and Associations
- There are various festivals like technical, dancing and cultural celebrated in Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences.
- It's really nice, and amazing experience to study abroad and learn a different language.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission was done on the basis of the marks obtained in the 12th standard, the cut-off for this course was very high.

Academics & Faculty : The faculty members are very good and keen on giving knowledge to the students. Teachers are available every time if we have some doubt or some other issues. College starts at 9 am in the morning and goes on till 5 pm n the evening. As I have to travel from Rohini to Vasundra Enclave on a daily basis it's a bit of a task, rest all is good.
Academics & Faculty : Shaheed Rajguru College of Applied Sciences For Women University of Delhi provides courses in applied sciences . The quality of education is very high.Also,our teachers give alot of attention to individual performance of students. The process of selection of our faculty is very refined due to which the teachers and their methods of teaching are easily comprehensible by the students. However,the method of teaching still is very orthodox with focus mainly on bookish knowledge with less practical exposure. There is less exposure to extra co-curricular activities since,the main focus of our faculty is excellence in academics which is well attained with our college being one of the best colleges for Food Technology,Computer Science and Bio-Medical Sciences.
