Placements and Internships
- Regarding Internships: When I joined the college I was not aware that college provides ample of opportunities to get you an internship. The best thing I ever experienced when I got selected for an intern in Kazakhsthan in Arcelor mittal steel plant. The college selects 25 students purely on the basis of cpi. I bet You if your cpi is more than 7.5 You will get this chance. Besides this the college has a Training and placement cell which is really active, and as experienced by me I sometimes get confused,They provides you with lots of internships in as well as outside India. Recently director has signed an agreement with university in Taiwan(one of the biggest hub in electronics) about the exchange students program.
- Key Companies And Roles: Being an IT college you can understand that the role of the college is basically calling IT companies and getting students placed. The key companies are: 1 directi 2 Amazon 3 Microsoft 4 Kuliza 5 Samsung 6 Sapient 7 Bosch 8 Josh 9 Black and green 10 IBM 11 Evive health 12 Tek systems and many more
- AVERAGE SALARY: Rs 5 LPA Major contributors: Amazon Microsoft Directi Sapient Tek systems
- Alumni network: The college has a well managed alumni association which organizes a monthly interview or talks with the alumni's successfull in and outside india. It is one of the most active association in college.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Hostels 3 boys hostel and 1 girls hostel. Hostel fees is quite nominal it will be included in your fees only(Rs 1.4 LPA) it is around Rs 15000-20000 per month
- Food is Clean, mess and good food facility is available. A seperate committe of students named cosha prepare menu and go on weekly checkup for cleanliness of mess. you will love the food. Cost is Rs 100 a day.(20+40+10+30).
- Wifi is available 24*7 in libraries as well as in classrooms. Good LAN facility with 2gb of data per day in hostels.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Entrance exams is Jee mains and advance
- CUT OFF 140 for cse, 130 for Ece and CCE Below 130 and 100-Mechanical and mechatronics
Academics and Faculty
- Daily routine: Class timings are really nice. Starting from 8 am till it depends on your time table. Sometimes you may even have 1 class only. Two exams are scheduled for a sem (mid sem and end sem). Surprise quizzes as well as announced quizzes are also planned between sem.
- Quality and method: Most faculties are iitians some have studied in abroad. So overall teachers are good.
- OVERALL EXPERIENCE: Its my last year in college and I will really miss it. The best hostel as well as acaeds life.
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fees: Rs 1.4 Lakhs per sem
- Scholarships: The college provides yearly scholarship to the students who are above 9.5. The scholarship is of Rs 20000. The freshers are given scholarships for getting good AIR in jee mains and advance.
- Average no. Of students getting scholarships from a batch is around 10.
- Loans: I dont know much about it but the college has some tie up with icici bank.
Clubs and Associations
- There are various clubs: Fashion club Insignia(dance club) Drama club Nukkad club Sports club Astronomy club E cell Innovation cell
- Many others Main fests: Vivacity(cultural fest) Desportivos(sports) Plinth(technical) are there. You can find them on facebook
- Best life I experienced till now. Believe me you will regret while leaving this college.
