Placements and Internships
- People get into internship if they are good and have to go off campus since there are no placements.
- I got placed as an intern in askme.com , delhivery , Microsoft and Eros in the field of technical, marketing , business development.
- No alumni network, this place is worst for placements.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Our infrastruce is best in the country, we have more than enough hostels could be I guess 10-12 where we just need 5-6. No need for PG when you get affordable single bed room for each student.
- Hostel fee is INR 25000/-per annum
- Food is assual like other mess, cost per meal is rs 30.
- Besides all, our infrastructure is best when it comes internet, labs, libraries , all are great.
Academics and Faculty
- The timings differ from course to course, and lie in the brackets of 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. It's a government university, where you are given equal opportunity to zeal and improve accordingly. The quality of teaching is not worth, which is common in all government univerities.
- My experience in the college is quite good, compulsary hostel makes it worth which I think is necessary once in lifetime.
Fees and Scholarships
- It's all inclusive of 1,40,000(tution fee, hostel fee and mess food), scholarships are only available to poor section of students who are unable to pay their fee or they belong to reserve caste.
- I guess, we are 300 students in engineering and approximately I guess 50% of the students gets scholarships based on caste system or financial condition and not on basis of merit.
- I require loan, I get it easily since I score good and I am from good government univeristy.
Clubs and Associations
- No clubs, this place lacks in activities, there are sports and cultural fest which happen every year.
- Life at college is average.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : We need to fill the form for the exam conducted by GBU itself. The admission portal generally opens up in the last week of March in their website gbu.ac.in There are different exams for different courses.
Academics & Faculty : Very good University. At present having big infrastructure & faculties for engineering aspirants.
