Placements and Internships
Highest salary (Mechanical): 9 lakhs per annum. For other departments it may vary. For CSE department it may be around 20-25 lakhs per annum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
As it is a govt aided institution, the infrastructure is not excellent. Hostel fee may be around INR 70000 per year. Good wifi facilities, good labs especially for Mechanical engineering.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
In the year 2020-21, the cutoff of atleast 188 (TNEA) was required to join my department in this college.
Academics and Faculty
9 am to 4:15 pm is the college timing. As TCE follows CDIO ,the method of teaching is excellent when compared to others.
Fees and Scholarships
At Thiagarajar College of Engineering, for BE, Govt aided seat fee :INR 17000 per annum. Self supporting seat fee:INR 83000 per annum. There are lot of scholarship available in our college.
Clubs and Associations
There are so many clubs available in our college like chess, music etc. If u join this college, you can enjoy your clg life. Professors are very friendly.

Academics & Faculty : In a week we have classes on monday to friday, six hours/day except wednesday (4 hours) because its time for extra-curricular activities Quality and Method of teaching is good.
