Placements and Internships
I have done an internship in microbiology and pathology laboratory. Mostly medical codings companies hire from our campus. The minimum salary package offered is INR 20,000 per month.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc Biotechnology in Kongu Arts and Science College is to pass 12th standard with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as major subjects with 60% and above marks.
Academics and Faculty
The classes start at 9.30 am and end at 4.30 pm. Lunch break is about 1 hour, from 1 pm to 2 pm. We have to submit two assignments per semester. There is 2 CIA tests and one model exams for each semester.
My overall experience in college was good.

In a class, 3 to 4 students, based upon their academic performance, will get scholarships. Loans are not needed.
