What is UP ITI?
Vyavsayik Pariksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, will release the UP ITI 2023 notification soon on the official website. Industrial Training Institutes are schools constituted under the Directorate General of Training (DGT), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and the Union Government to provide training to candidates post their secondary education. ITI trains students under various trades, both engineering and non-engineering courses. Training duration is generally between 6 Months to 2 Years on over 130 trades/specialties.

UP ITI 2023 Eligibility Criteria
All students will have to satisfy the age limit, educational qualification, and medical condition requirement to apply for the exam. UP ITI 2023 eligibility criteria are as follows.
UP ITI 2023 Education Qualification
- Applicants must have completed X (High-School) or its equivalent.
- Under certain trades, students who have completed the 8th standard can also apply for UP ITI 2023.
- Students currently appearing the class X are also eligible.
UP ITI 2023 Age Limit
- The minimum age of students need to be 14 Years as of August 1, 2023.
- There is no upper age limit for UP ITI.
- Candidate must not be a day younger than 14 Years.
UP ITI 2023 Medical Criteria
- Candidates with 40% or more disability can apply under the 3% reservation quota.
- Candidates must not have any eye deficiency.
- Students should be mentally and physically sound.
- Do note that there is no relaxation in Eligibility Criteria for UP ITI for reserved categories.

Steps for Filling the UP ITI 2023 Application Form
- Go to the UP ITI official website.
- While filling out the application, candidates must fill in all the required information like personal and academic details.
- The conducting body will not consider incomplete applications details.
- Students also need to upload a scanned copy of the passport picture in a JPEG/JPG format.
- The image size must be 50KB or lower.
- Students also need to submit their communication details.
- Candidates will have to choose the trade they are applying for.
- Once the UP ITI 2023 online form has been filled, students can take printouts for future reference.

UP ITI 2023 Admit Card
UP ITI admit card 2023 can be downloaded from the official website of the conducting body. Admit cards are usually available for download 15 days prior to exam date.
Steps to Download UP ITI 2023 Admit Card
- Go to the official website.
- Navigate to the “Important Link” section of the website and click.
- Login in with your credentials, details like Roll no/Registration No, Date of birth will be required.
- Submit the details.
- The UP ITI 2023 admit card will be displayed.
- Download and take a printout of the same.
UP ITI 2023 Selection Process
Once the application process is completed by the students, the merit lists will be published on the official website. UPI ITI 2023 merit list will be prepared based on the marks acquired by the students during their qualifying exams.
There are both Government and private institutions that the students can choose from. Seat allocation in various institutions is done in a phased manner. For the UP ITI 2023 merit list, seat allocation will be done in four phases, two of which are already done, and the third merit list has been released by the first week of November 2023.
UP ITI 2023 Merit List
UP ITI merit list 2023 will be published by the conducting body. The merit list is prepared using the marks of 10th and 12th in their respective exams. There will not be any entrance exam.

UP ITI 2023 Counselling Process
After the merit list is published, candidates will have to go through the UP ITI 2023 counselling process, which consists of various stages. Candidates will be given Group A & B Trades & Colleges based on their merit list order. Each candidate shortlisted will have to go through the UP ITI counselling process for 2023 mandatorily. If failed, their candidature will be canceled.
