About RPSC RAS Exam
The RPSC RAS is a state-level services exam of Rajasthan. It was founded in 1950, and it covers recruitment/selection for various state government posts in departments such as Rajasthan Accounts Services, Rajasthan Police Services, etc. The RPSC RAS joining happens only after a thorough and rigorous training for 2 years at HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration, which is an apex level institute run by Rajasthan Government.

RPSC RAS Educational Qualification
An RPSC RAS aspirant must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field of specialization from a deemed and recognized institution. There is no minimum mark/percentage required for RPSC RAS exam. Make a note of the following points to check whether your organization can be considered.
- The organization must be established by or under the act of Parliament or possess a deemed stature under UGC act of 1956. or
- Has qualification recognised by the Government (State/National) in consultation with the RPSC RAS. or
- University/Institute recognized/incorporated by Central Legislature. Or
- University/Institute recognized/incorporated by State Legislature.
RPSC RAS Nationality/Resident
RPSC RAS considers only Indians no international aspirant can take this examination. Moreover, the exam is focused on the State of Rajasthan offers a privilege to the residents of home State in respect of reserved categories. As every RPSC RAS candidate from anywhere except Rajasthan is considered as a General candidate. No Category benefits are awarded to such candidates in RPSC RAS.
