About EFLU Entrance Exam
The EFLU entrance exam is conducted every year to help students seek admission in college under English and Foreign Language University. The exam is conducted in online mode as a Computer-based test (CBT). The registration process for the exam can be completed online. Candidates will not be able to apply for a similar programme on more than one campus. Candidates can at most apply for two full-time programmes.

EFLU 2023 Eligibility Criteria
EFLU 2023 Eligibility Criteria must be fulfilled in order to be eligibile to give EFLU 2023 entrance exam. The students should have secured the minimum qualifying marks, or their application forms will be rejected by the university. The EFLU eligibility criteria have specified the minimum marks that have to be stored in the previous qualifying examination. Only the candidates who are qualifying will be able to attempt the entrance test.
For UG Programs
- Qualification: 12th or equivalent examination to be qualified from any recognized board or university.
- Mandatory Subject: English should be a mandatory subject in the qualifying exam.
- Percentage: Minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ ST) should be obtained.
For PG Programs
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized board or university.
- Percentage: 55% marks (50% for reserved category) should be obtained to become eligible for the exam.

All candidates applying for the EFLU entrance exam should follow all the instructions given below:
- EFLU admission applications can only be submitted through online mode.
- Candidates should verify before filling in personal details and while uploading documents.
- Candidates can make desired changes even after submitting their application forms.

EFLU 2023 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme- UG Courses
EFLU entrance exam pattern for undergraduate courses contains four different sections. Each section and mark for each section is as mentioned below. The maximum duration of the exam is 120 minutes. Applicants may refer to the B.A.(Hons) English, Foreign languages, and B.Ed.in English courses. Candidates appearing in foreign languages also have a similar exam pattern and the same duration. The total marks for the exam are 100 and there is no negative marking. All candidates will receive 1 mark for each right answer. Those candidates who are foreign nationals can opt for the IELTS or TOEFL exam instead of taking the EFLU entrance exam.
