As per the guidelines released on the official website of DRDO CEPTAM the basic eligibility criteria are:
- The candidate should be an Indian.
- The candidate applying for STA 'B' or Technician 'A' should be aged between 18 to 28 on the last date of application (This can fluctuate for candidates from SC/ST/PwBD/OBC/ESM etc. as per Govt. rule).
The candidates who cannot meet up these criteria will not be eligible for the application or any further process. Candidates failing to meet up the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
