Hostels are ok and costs 2000 per year. Yes, there are many PGs around college with suitable rent between 4k-10k. Food is average but you will get used to it , mess charge is around 1400 per month. Classrooms, libraries are well maintained with ACs and wifi and college infrastructure is best.

There are no hostel fees in this University. Every Student will get allotted in the hostel as per your demand. There is a mess in every hostel for food that charges only ₹1200/- per month. For Students everything is there, Smart classroom, College Book Bank, Central Library (full AC), WiFi available in full campus, overall it supplies the best that it could be.

A Hall of Residence is a cluster of hostels administered by a Provost and a number of teacher wardens who look after different hostels. All inmates are required to dine in the common Dinning Hall, unless exempted by the Provost. The Halls of residence are the centers of corporate life in the University. Each Hall maintains a Common Room with facilities for indoor games, a Reading Room, Library, Sports Clubs and a Literary and Cultural Society. Self-governance by students is encouraged. The Provost and Wardens seek the cooperation and assistance of Monitors and other representatives of students in the administration of the Hall of residence and in maintaining discipline. Permission to live outside the Hall is given to students only if they are living at Aligarh with their parents or very close relations. Non-resident male students are under the charge of the Provost, N.R.S.C. and Non-resident women students are under the charge of the Provost, Abdullah Hall/Sarojni Naidu Hall/New Hall. There are
