WCTM Gurgaon Placement Cell

The Training and Placement Department of WCTM is responsible for organising internships and final recruitment of candidates, based on their course specialization. The WCTM placement cell has a spacious conference hall which is fully furnished, with power backup, LCD projector to aid PPT and audiovisual presentations. Adjacent halls are also available for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. It also has a well equipped lab with a high speed internet facility, where written tests are conducted.
The Training & Placement Department makes arrangements to receive the panel members at the NCR and provides accommodation in the Institute Guest House. They also have facilities for online tests and online interviews. It also stores the job seeking students data in the WCTM placement intranet portal. WCTM Gurgaon Placement Process

The World College of Technology and Management placement process involves the following steps:

• Pre-Placement Talk : Companies visit the campus to conduct pre-placement talks, which give the students an idea about the recruiting organizations, their requirements and job opportunities available. It also gives students the chance to interact with employees of the company and learn more about the work culture. Based on these talks, students can decide if they want to apply to those organizations.

• Resume Submission : The interested candidates submit their resumes to the company after the presentation, or to the Placement Committee.

• Shortlisting of Candidates : Based on the resumes and academic records of the candidates, the companies prepare a shortlist of qualifying students and inform the Placement committee. The Placement team also assists the recruiters and students in preparing any type of data or report.

• Campus Recruitment : Prior to arrival on campus, the companies inform the Placement Committee about the recruitment procedure to be followed, like Group Discussions, Case Studies, Personal Interviews, Written test etc. After the selection process, organizations are requested to announce the list of selected candidates on the campus itself and later send their appointment letters to the institute.
