The goal of the training & placement cell of Wainganga College of Engineering and Management is to promote employment opportunities and world-class training to students in leading organisations. It arranges training for students in industries for 3 months during the 8th semester for all the engineering departments. It assists students to develop their academic and career interests and short and long-term goals through individual counselling and group sessions. The placement cell trains and moulds them accordingly. Before participating in the recruiting process, the T&P cell suggests that all students get soft skills and technical skill training.
