Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entrance examination for this course is called jee-mains paper 2. Typically takes place in the month of April. The cutoff rank for this course depends upon your caste and reservations since it's a government college. For a normal or caste, the cutoff is somewhere between 2000-3500 rank. There is also a spot round which happens after the seats are taken and there are left over seats. For the spot round you must apply for it. The regular counselling takes place online. Once you get into a college you will be informed and you can either freeze or slide your seat. The sliding means you can shift to a better college if you get in the next counselling. There are 4 rounds for counselling. The rank is purely based on your performance in the examination and any school marks will not be considered

Placements & Internships : There aren't any campus selections yet in my college. Salary purely depends on your creative skills. Alumni stay in touch with the present students and guide them through their journey in college.

Fees & Scholarships : Fee is approx 1 lakh including the hostel and mess fees. 90k to be precise. There are a few scholarships available which are giving by the state government to the students of their particular state. Loans are easily available from any bank since it's a govt college. Scholarships are given to a lot of students.

Academics & Faculty : Classes are usually from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm sometimes extended to 5:30 and sometimes ends at 1 pm itself. Thee are a lot of assignments. There is a constant pressure for work but can be managed. We have an internal marks and external marks 50% each system. Teaching is very good and they use unique and creative methods to teach. The overall experience in this college has been great till now and I hope it will be the same for the coming years

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There are two hostel one for the Boys and one for the girls. Boys have a south wing and a North wing where as the girls have the west wing. The hostel fee is approx 30k per annum. Pgs are not available in this area. Food in college is not very high quality. Per meal food costs about rs.25 The academic block is under constructiin and will be over by July 2018. As of now there are not many facilities available to us but soon enough everything will be available to us.

Clubs & Associations : We celebrate every festival with great enthusiasm and joy. We have a lot of clubs as well and students can join as per their wish. College life is pretty amazing here.
