The SLIET Sangrur campus is based on 451 acres of land given by the Punjab government. The campus presents harmony and natural beauty. It is embedded with all the amenities required for a complete township.

SLIET Campus Highlights:

SLIET is acknowledged for its campus and various facilities. A few of the campus facilities are listed below:

• Internet usage facility is available for students on the campus.
• Various Indoor games facilities are available on the campus for the students.
• Newspapers, magazines, and Reading room facilities are available on the campus.
• Telephone facility and Tv room facility with cable connections are available.
• Mess/ canteen facilities on the campus are available.

SLIET Campus Facilities:

Central Library: The Central Library is housed in a modern building having all kinds of facilities for its best utilization by the student community. It has a large volume of technical books along with a good collection of books on literature, general awareness, management, and moral sciences, etc. The central library is already subscribing to a large number of National and International journals. Besides print subscription users are having access to the full text of articles from journals under INDEST Consortium. The central library is having all the modern facilities like Plasma TV; MMP; CTV; OHP; Slide Projector etc. A good collection of VCD’s as well as CD ROMs is also available in the library. Efforts have been made so that users may feel comfortable while they study or consult library material for their study and research purpose.

Workshop: The Central Workshop was established at Sant Longowal Institute of Engg. & Technology (Deemed University), Longowal to impart the practical training to the students of all the branches. The various shops of Workshops are fully equipped and provide centralized training to Certificate and Diploma students. It also caters to the need of the project work of the students.

Hostels: SLIET has established separate hostels for boys and girls.

Health Centre: The Health Center has been established in the institute premises in a covered area of approx. 400 sq Mts., with a capacity of four beds. It provides day-to-day medical facilities at the primary level to the students, staff, and faculty. For general awareness, Health Center organizes various seminars/camps with the help of Distt.Health Deptt.
