The placement cells at RGU provide help and support to their students to help them interact with industries and the corporate world. The cell aims to solve their personal, educational & psychological problems by guiding them to develop positive attitudes and behavior toward the challenges of life. Activities organized by the placement cells are soft skill training for career development, to give students Industrial exposure & guidance for competitive exams.
Royal Global University Placement Process
Royal Global University has a rigorous and detailed placement process that the placement cell and the companies visiting the campus have to follow. Given below is the detailed RGU placement process
- Organizations interested in hiring and offering training opportunities to students of Royal Global University must contact the Royal Centre for Corporate Relations (RCCR) with details of the Job Profile or Internship/Project work being offered and highlight specific requirements, if any.
- Upon receipt of the same, executives from RCCR will follow up with respective details of students’ records and make the necessary arrangements for pre-placement talk (PPT), and campus visits and help coordinate recruitment exercises on campus.
- The visiting companies then conduct pre-placement talks to guide the student.
- Regular interactive sessions with students for understanding their perspectives and expectations (regarding placement) and appraise them of the current job scenario are conducted.
- A team member from the placement cell visits prospective organizations to be acquainted with the process and job profile/role expected.
- The companies then conduct the final round of interviews and select the most suitable students for various job profiles.
- The selected candidates are then handed over their offer letters.
