This is the most sought after platform for all to share their respective experiences, understanding the needs of the corporate and industrial world. Besides this regular programmes like seminars, expempores, quiz contests are also conducted by CRC.

The college conducts regular personality & soft skill development classes. The training partner of RNCET is Pearson edu comp-India’s largest education company. It trains students how to improve their speaking ability, negotiation skills, dressing etiquettes etc.
