• Applicants applying for Rayat Bahra University, Ropar admissions 2024 before moving to the step of applying for admission, all applicants should please go through the instructions properly, and read and understand the instruction process mentioned by the university.

• Applicants can now apply using the online or offline mode.

• Applications are welcome through the online mode via the university official website but the admission office should be contacted directly in the university for offline (in-person) mode

• Applicants should buy the form and complete the payment of the application fee form for the Ropar Campus.

General Requirements for Undergraduate & Postgraduate Admissions 2024

For candidates before enrolling for the admission for the Rayat Bahra University admissions 2024, candidates should follow the instructions properly, he/she should read all the instructions mentioned in the pdf copy booklet given by the university.

After applying and submitting the application form:

• A confirmation mail would be sent to you, wait for the confirmation mail and verify it. if not received within 24 hours, drop an email to int.admissions@rayatbahra.com

• Once applications have been received with all supporting documents, it would be reviewed and verified, an "offer letter" may be issued by the university, which may be either of two stages either "provisional admission or conditional offer letter" as the case proceeds.

• After receiving an offer letter, you are required to pay the complete registration fee. on acceptance of offer, candidates need to do the following process:
  

  • Agree to terms and conditions on acceptance of offer letter

  • Ensure that you have read and understood all the guidelines, policies and instructions as mentioned in the International Booklet 2024 and on the university website before accepting the Offer Letter.

  • Pay the necessary fee according to Rayat Bahra University, Ropar the  fee structure

  • Ensure that acceptance of the offer letter is received by the university before the last date of admission as mentioned in the admission schedule on the university website. The admission will not be confirmed unless the acceptance is received.

• The student who is applying needs to apply for a student visa at the nearest India High Commission/India Embassy. He/she would receive all the necessary paperwork required for the visa application and proper guidelines from the university international student office.

• The student should report at the university before the last date as mentioned in the offer letter.

  • In case if there is any delay in reporting, please send an email to int.admissions@rayatbahra.com and the reason for late reporting. The student shall not be allowed late reporting unless otherwise decided by the university.

  •  In case of late reporting, please also make sure that you inform your department and seek approval for the same. For more information on the late joining please refer to International Booklet.

Eligibility for selection:

• The minimum age of application to be considered for the entrance exam must be 17+.
  
  
• Applicants who possess a Bachelors in Maths are welcomed to apply.
  
  
• It should be noted that 3/4 of the seats are generally allotted on the basis of state quota while the rest(1/4) is secured through the all India quota(priority would be given to the state indigenes)
