Scholarships at University School of Engineering, [USET] Mohali
University School of Engineering offers a number of scholarships and concessions to meritorious, deserving, and needy students and helps them aim for higher education. Rayat-Bahra Scholarships & Concessions for the year 2021-22 are as follows.
Scholarships For Complete Duration Of The Course

1) 25% Tuition Fee Waiver to the students of the entire Rayat Bahra Group who seek admissions in Rayat Bahra University after qualifying degree/ diploma will be provided scholarship equivalent to 25% of the yearly fee for the entire duration of the course. 2) 25% Tuition Fee Waiver to the student who will be referred by the Alumni of Rayat Bahra Group. |

Note
- The candidate must maintain good academic performance with a minimum CGPA 6 without supplementary/backlog.
- However, if there is any supplementary/backlog then the concession/scholarship for that particular period/semester will be withdrawn and upon clearance will be restored for the subsequent semesters.
Scholarships For Complete Duration Of The Course
The scholarship will be paid to the students whose parents/guardians’ income from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- (Rupees 2.5 lakh only) per annum. The objective of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste students studying at the post matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education. Rs. 9.5 Crores worth of scholarships were awarded in 2018. Post Martic Scholarship scheme for SC/ST candidates as per govt. Norms are available as well. Scholarships & Concessions On The Basis Of University/Board Results During The Course

Note
- The above-said concession will be valid for a semester only if the student secures 1st to 3rd positions as stated in one semester of the academic session.
- In case the student secures a position, as stated above in both the semesters/annual examination, the concession, will be valid for one year and shall be adjusted along with the tuition fee of the next semester/year of the respected class.
- However, in case of final year students, the concession shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the last semester only.

Note
- The student is eligible for availing only one scholarship/concession at one time.
- For availing any of the mention scholarship/ concessions, the student must give his/her application in the name of the Director/Principal/ Registrar along with relevant documents.
- Entry-level scholarship/concessions will be limited to tuition fees payable at entry-level (1st Semester) only.
- The above-given scholarships will be applicable to the first-semester tuition fee only, at entry-level.
- All given scholarships/concessions valid only for Indian nationals.
- All given scholarships/concessions valid only for students of batch 2021-22.
