Infrastructure Facilities at National Institute of Technology, [NIT] Mizoram:

Library:

• The central library has collections of Textbooks, Annual report, Reference books, e-Books, Conference proceedings, Magazines and non-book material such as CD-ROMS, etc.
• It holds more than 7000 educational books.
• They subscribed one local newspaper and other national newspapers like Times of India, Newslink, The Telegraph, The Economic Times, Employment News and also Magazines like Sporstar, India Today.
• The library has access to e-books particularly from Tata McGraw Hills and Elsevier.

Hostel:

• The institute provides residential facilities for both boys and girls.
• NIT Mizoram has four hostel blocks for boys and one bloc for girls.
• Mess is operated in each hostel which provides Breakfast, Lunch, Evening tea and Dinner.
• Hostel facilities include  Purified drinking water, Security for 24 Hrs, Generator is installed for power backup, Sanitation and cleaning service on all days, the Emergency vehicle is stationed near the hostel, TV, Sports and Gym rooms, and institute buses for transportation from the hostels to academic blocks and back.
