Marian International Boys Hostel: MBA students are housed in Marian International's boys hostel. There are single and twin rooms with adjoining bathrooms and triple rooms. Students have three alternatives from which to pick. Students must pay the entire year's hostel rent to the college office at the start of each year. Food expenses can be paid in monthly instalments to the hostel administration.

Pratheesha Bhavan Girls Hostel: The girls are housed at Pratheesha Bhavan girls hostel, which is supervised by nuns and provides a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for them. It has three rooms for three people to share. There is full-time assistance from wardens and support workers in the Marian International Institute of Management hostel. Students must pay the entire year's hostel rent to the college office at the start of each year. Food expenses can be paid in monthly instalments to the hostel administration.
