The CRD, or the Career Resource Division, carries out the Mangalmay Group of Institution's placement. The placement cell at Mangalmay Group of Institutions, known as the Career Resource Division, provides all the necessary functions related to placement activities. The state-of-the-art infrastructure available at the CRD makes it easier to conduct placement procedures without any hindrance. The placement cell conducts training activities like mock interviews, group discussions, coding tests, resume building, aptitude tests, and soft skills training to students to help improve their knowledge.

The Career Resource Division at Mangalmay Group of Institutions placements ensures the smooth functioning of the placement activities on campus. The recruiting companies must follow the steps below to complete the Mangalmay Group of Institutions placement process.

• The CRD contacts potential recruiting companies and sends invitations and Employer Registration Forms (ERF).
• Once the recruiting companies express their interest and fill out the ERFs, the recruitment dates are finalized.
• The students eligible for placements must then register themselves using the campus interaction portal of the institute.
• Post-offer support is offered by the CDC once the recruitment process is conducted.
