• Malwa Institute of Management Placements: MIM has a training and placement cell which plays an important role in providing students with the knowledge of latest of the corporate world. It also guides the students for their academic future, advanced studies and employment opportunities.

• Central Training and Placement Cell: This cell belongs to the whole Malwa Group. This cell works centrally in coordination with training and placement cells of all the Malwa Institutes. It facilitates all the students of the institutions. This cell acts as a link between the students and the industry.

• Placement Activities: The placement cell develops the professional attitude, perspective and ethics of the students. It also helps students to develop the personality and leadership abilities. The students are given help in team building, group activations and mock interview sessions. Through this cell, more than 600 students have been placed globally.

• Development Programmes: The institute offers students with Personality Development  Programme. This programme helps the students to attain success and inspires them to make the seedbed for it. It helps students to boost their confidence, soft skills and encourages them to develop a positive attitude. It institute also offers with Leadership Development Programme to develop leadership skills in students.
