Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University is a state university in the city of Guwahati, Assam, and Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University is a state university in the city of Guwahati, Assam, India. The university was founded by the Assam Legislative Assembly in the year 2005In the same year, the Act obtained the Governor's assent. KKHSOU was recognized by the University Grants Commission, which lists 2007 as the year of creation.
There were many academic programs offered by the university. The university currently offers about forty academic programs in arts, science, social sciences, and technical fields, such as Ph.D., masters, bachelor's degree, diploma, and certificate programs. In humanities, social sciences, and technical classes, Ph.D. Philosophy (Ph. D.) is offered.
The KKHSOU result 2020 for the exams held in January 2020 is available. The students must obtain 35 percent marks (which include the marks obtained from the term-end test and home assignment) in each course to qualify for the exam. In a maximum of 4 tries, students will be able to clear the subject/course back. The KKHSOU university conducts annual and semester wise examinations every year. This year also the university has successfully conducted the examination for arts, commerce, and science in the month of March and April. Students who are not happy with the marks obtained after the declaration of the result can apply for the Response Script Re-Scrutiny / Photocopy / Re-Evaluation. The application form should be filled out by the student. On the official website, the form is open. For a maximum of 3 papers only, one student may apply.
