Personality Development and Career Counseling classes are regularly conducted at the college level.Professional Experts are being invited regularly for conducting the classes for various batches. TIME Group, ATETA group, YOUR WING group, Dr.Beena Johnson, Professional counselor at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut, Mr.T Salim, Project Co-coordinator, Malappuram Educational project etc. are some of the invitees who have already taken classes for the students. It is also a note worthy point that, college is planning to have tieup with ICT Academy which is an organization supported by Govt. of Kerala, in this Academic year itself. They assist in placement recruitments and provide faculty Development Programmes, Personality Development Programmes for the students etc.
