ISM Patna offers a two-year full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), which is comparable to an MBA and is authorized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
Six trimesters make up the PGDM/MBA program in its entirety. Students study the foundations of management during the first year of the program. The students are given the option to select among the various specializations the college offers during their second year. Currently, there are specializations available in marketing, finance, human resources, IT management, etc.
