Placements:
An active and dynamic programme of securing jobs for students graduating from the Institute is initiated by inviting industries of repute to conduct interviews. It matches the career aspirations of the students with that of industry requirement. Many well known companies visit our campus every year for full time placement as well as summer internships for MBA student. ITM students have earned a name for themselves amongst the most revered engineering colleges in the country. We put stress on industry - academia interaction which in turn helps to augment the placement process. Each student is additionally provided the right corporate exposure and in-house training for developing his/her overall skills. While the students undertake summer training in reputed companies, many of them actually get placed in leading Indian and multi-national companies successfully. In pre-final year, our students have placed in companies like Wipro, Infosys, Syntel Inc., Impetus, L and T Infotech etc. The institutes placement cell strives for achieving 100% placement of its students.

Industrial Visit:
Interface with industries is an inseparable part of MBA curriculum. For the same, we conducted State and National level industrial visits for MBA students accompanied by senior faculty members. Some industries which our students visited are:
Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) Banglore, Motor Industries Companies Ltd.(MICO) Banglore, TVS Motors Hosour, Ashoka Leyland Hosour, Saras Dairy Bhilwara, Birla Cement Work Chittorgarh, RSWM- Gulabpura, Cummins India Ltd., Pune, Crompton and Greaves- Goa.

Developmental Activities:
We believe that it is our responsibility to develop our students as managers right on the campus while they are still students. The institute considers students as active partners in managing the institute and its activities such as conferences, guest lectures, seminars, placements, cultural functions etc. Institute ensures that students actively participate in various co-curricular activities . Some of the major activities organized by institute are : Quiz Competition Poster making competition, Collage making competition, Ad Mad show, Movie review competition, Debate competition, Extempore competition and Case study presentation. Special personality developmental sessions are also conducted for grooming the students career. Counseling and spiritual enlightment through Yoga and meditation is also a part of the programme and such an effort adds value to the programme.

The institute arrange workshops, seminars, soft skill training, industrial visits, guest lectures, summer internship, placement assistance and other personality development programmes for the students.
