Evaluation of IHM Gurdaspur Result 2021

IHM Gurdaspur follows the National Council for Hotel Management’s (NCHMCT) scheme of evaluation for the degree and diploma courses, consisting of theory and practical with internal and external assessment. In the internal assessment, about 30% of the marks given to a candidate is assessed based on their performance in the institute including attendance, internal exams and class tests, assignments and other activities. The remaining 70% is evaluated from the candidate’s performance in the end term examinations (theory and practical) out of 100 marks.
A candidate must secure at least 40% in the internal and end term exams taken together, for passing the theory subjects. To pass practical subjects, candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the internal and end term exams taken together. Students need a total minimum of 50% marks in the end term exams to pass the industrial training, research project and term work towards the end of their course. Students who could not fulfill the pass marks in the regular exams can re-appear for the supplementary and special exams held towards the end of the semester. On passing all the examinations and fulfilling other examination criteria, the candidates are awarded the degree or diploma certificate by the NCHMCT.

Revaluation of IHM Gurdaspur Result 2021

IHM Gurdaspur encourages eligible students to apply for verification of their theory and practical marks and rechecking of their regular and re-appear results. Students are notified about the deadlines and details regarding the application process for verification/rechecking as soon as the results are declared.
