Library: In 2007, the IISER Mohali Library addressed the academic and research information needs of the user community. The library architecture provides an opportunity to shift the library's position on campus from information provider to learning facilitator. The library is a location for calm learning and communal voice reading, a venue for creative and inventive interchange of scholarly material. Electronic and print versions of books, journals, and databases are available at the library. The library offers unrestricted access to vital and specialised library materials that support teaching, learning, and research. IISER Mohali has established a library with world-class infrastructure in response to current advancements in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

Computer Facility: IISER Mohali has a computing facility built on the Linux Platform and open-source software. All the necessary and special-purpose software for research and development is available at the facility. IISER Mohali campus has been designed to serve three purposes: to teach computer skills to students, provide network services, and provide computational power for scientific research. It will be reinforced further as we prepare to set up a parallel Linux cluster and increase the present CPU power.

Hostel: The IISER Mohali hostel provides accommodation facilities to faculty and visitors.

Counselling Services: Counselling is a collaborative endeavour between the counsellor and the counselee that necessitates the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship. The first stage is always to establish a seamless rapport. The counsellor then examines the problem, determining whether the client is coping with interpersonal, intrapersonal, academic, family expectations, sexuality, or recalling prior traumatic occurrences. It is followed by goal-setting for using coping techniques specific to each counselee's requirements. The goal of the counselling contact is to reduce the amount of discomfort by addressing the stressful circumstance throughout multiple sessions.
