The IILM Greater Noida Placement cell or the Corporate Resource Cell (CRC) consists of Head –CRC, Managers –Placement, Faculty coordinators for each branch and student coordinators from respective departments. The Corporate Resource Cell’s objective is to guide students to choose the right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude in order to meet the manpower requirements of the industry. The IILM Greater Noida aims to assist students to develop their academic and career interests, and their short and long-term goals through individual counseling and group sessions. The CRC also aims to act as a bridge between the alumni and students.
