LABORATORIES

Workshops and numerous work stations with licensed software play an important role as part of your learning experience. The workshop is well equipped with 8 shops like machine shop, Electrical shop, Foundry, Forging, Carpentry, Fitting, Sheet metal and welding with complete infrastructure. Well qualified and dedicated faculty is provided to impart excellent training in latest methodology and techniques to the students.

As per the requirement s of the industry and the corporate sector an engineer is required to present the facts and the contents in the most logical manner. Apart from this, a confident personality can lead a group and is able to face any situation at corporate level. In order to inculcate such traits in our students the Department arranges seminars and invites eminent persons for expert talks. All these activities not only sharpen their technical skills but also help in building their morale. Another feature of the Department’s effort is the continuous development of the personality of the students by providing proficiency in soft skills.

COMPUTER CENTRE

GURUKUL VIDYAPEETH” COMPUTER CENTRE has one of the finest computing environments among the educational institutions in the region. Operating round the clock, 365days in a year with Apple iMac Pc's and Sun Microsystem Thin Client technology in addition to large number of laptops, a cluster/virtualized servers and a campus wide network with Wi-Fi access to Internet represents some of the major attractions of the Institute

The campus network links the computing resources in the academic offices, faculties, central library, laboratories, and administrative units as well. The Internet bandwidth of 8 MBPS leased line ensures full Internet access. Other Computer labs available are

LIBRARY

Gurukul has a well-stocked library containing books on a wide variety of subjects journals and periodicals (both Indian and Foreign), various magazines and newspapers to meet the research and informational needs of the students related to business and management and information technology. The library has a good collection of CDs, periodicals and reference material of quality. The library is evolving; expanding in range and depth. Photocopying facility is in place. Mass viewing of CDs is arranged, realizing the fact that visuals are more effective media tools. The library has well equipped. Wide varieties of Journals and Periodicals are regularly subscribed for. All major national and regional daily newspapers are subscribed.

CAFETARIA

The cafeteria provides wholesome & nutritious meals that will undoubtedly surpass your expectations. Meals are offered at fixed monthly charges. The snack bar offers snacks and beverages as an addition premium service on payment basis.

HOSTEL

The accommodation Provided by the institution is designed to provide a spirit of independence and freedom and yet is secure and caring as home. The hostel accommodation promotes a quality life style and sustain it at every step.
