Placement Cell :-

The College Placement cell invites enrolment from all the student teachers who are interested in seeking employment in Education sector. It caters primarily to the employment needs of schools, colleges of education and other educational institutions.

One of the main responsibilities of the Placement Cell is to motivate, train and prepare the students for campus interviews. We also provide career guidance to all the students. The cell conducts soft skills workshops and training programmes. It also conducts seminars on Personality Development, Mock Aptitude tests, Group Discussion training, mock interviews etc.

The college organizes On and Off Campus Recruitment. The organizations participating in campus recruitment process are invited to the campus. A day is finalized for the organizations to make a brief presentation about themselves and the opportunity and prospects for the aspirants. The placement cell then ensures initiation and organization of the recruitment. The selection of the candidate is based on personal Interview and a demonstration thereafter.

Off Campus Recruitment - Organizations which are unable to visit the campus are provided with the detailed CV's of the aspiring students. The organizations are required to finalize the list of short listed, selected students and intimate the placement cell of the same.
