Fees & Scholarships : Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, [GCET] Greater Noida Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 1.25 Lakh per annum. However, there are various scholarship opportunities available with specific criteria like one's UPSEE rank, class 12 score, or family's financial condition.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I got into Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology through Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE), an entrance exam held by AKTU, Uttar Pradesh's Technical University. However, JEE scores are also taken into consideration if a student has not appeared for UPSEE. The minimum criteria to get into my college depends on the branch you want to pursue. Being an Information Technology student, the cut off generally requires your rank upto 9000.

Academics & Faculty : Classes begin at 9:30 pm and end at 5 pm, with 50 minutes long classes. Two internal exams are held by the college, known as CAE 1 and CAE 2, with one external exam conducted by AKTU. Assignments and projects are assigned at regular intervals, and teachers so far seemed to be quite supportive. Teachers are supportive. However, overall I can say that the learning experience was good.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : There is one girl's hostel and one boy's hostel, but since Galgotias College is associated with Galgotias University, the girl's hostel has many students from Galgotias University. Labs and libraries are well equipped, and the college campus is really good. From the canteen to the sitting area, everything is quite furnished.

Clubs & Associations : There are more than 15 clubs in the college that Galgotias College's Student Council handled, including the Rotaract Club of Galgotias Educational Institutions. Being a part of several clubs, I can say that most of the clubs work well, and a large number of events are held in the college throughout the year. Student Council also conducts Fresher's party and Farewell Party. In the middle of even semester, a large scale fest is held in the college in collaboration with Galgotias University, which has several events.
