Documents to be submitted by students eligible for scholarships:

• Mark Sheet photocopy of the previous qualifying examination.
• Xerox of College/school leaving Certificate (Copy of SSLC Class TC for 11th & 12th Standard & Copy of Std XII TC for Part I II & Final Year Students)
• Photocopy of the student's Caste Certificate
• Non-Creamy Certificate and Income Proof Affidavit for Applicants belonging to OBC/SBC/NT category.
• Caste Certificate is for ST Category students is a must.
• The reference number of Last year’s Scholarship Order.
• If there is any change in the District/University then certificate to that effect is required.
• Gap Certificate in the case of any break in the student's receipt of the scholarship.
• Scholarship forms along with all the necessary documents must be submitted within 15 days from the date of admission.
• All the photocopies must be attested by Special Executive Magistrate/Any Gazetted Officer/Self-attested.
